Safe & Clean Protocols

It brings together a set of procedures and preventive measures to Covid-19 developed by the hotel representatives of the Circuito Elegante, based on extensive research on the technical protocols and recommendations of WHO, Anvisa and the best practices of the world tourism sector.

Check-in / Check-out

More security in the processes of Check-in and Check-out online, carried out through the application. When booking, guests can request the installation of a minibar and set the cleaning frequency of the accommodations. There will be temperature measurement and baggage sanitization on arrival.

Rooms

Care was taken to clean and sanitize the rooms, in accordance with the strict preventive measures to Covid-19. After disinfection, the accommodations are sealed for the total safety of guests.

Food and drinks

A la carte room and breakfast services have been reformatted, taking into account the safe social distance and the new measures.

Common areas

Sanitized more frequently, the spaces were reorganized with the reduction of furniture and objects, respecting the safe distance between chairs and tables. Swimming pool, sauna, spa, exercise room and other areas are available by appointment.

Events

The event rooms were adapted to the new standards for carrying out activities, respecting the specific rules of each hotel.

Notification

Cases of suspicion or symptoms will be referred to the local Health Service and, if necessary, will remain in isolation.

About the seal

The Safe & Clean - Seguro e Higienizado seal was created by Circuito Elegante to certify the member hotels of this association that meet the new standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

The initiative has the backing of Bureau Veritas and the official support of Unilever Pro, which together with the accommodation establishments collaborate to strengthen the security chain, in order to reduce the circulation of the Covid-19 virus.

In addition to the robust protocol of good hygiene practices and the acquisition of quality equipment and products, the teams of employees of the accredited hotels participate in online training audited by specialized professionals.
